Customer Service Rep- Answering Service
Maine State Treasurers Office is looking for strong Customer Service Candidates to assist with a "call center" type setting. They are anticipating an influx of phone calls at the beginning of the year and are looking for people who can assist with answering these calls.
Answer incoming calls
Record confidential information
Data entry into system, training is provided
Must have good customer service skills
Be good with computers
Ability to Multi-task
Ability to work in fast paced environment
Previous call center experience preferred
This position will begin 1/2/2020 and continue on through March, possibly longer. This is also a great potential temp-hire opportunity within the state of Maine.
